I find it’s best to pick and choose my battles when it comes to cutting out “extra” calories.

There are some foods I just don’t want to live without, while there are others I can compromise on and eat just a couple of times per year.

Fertility test detect unproductive man – part 1

There were 40 percent fertility problem caused by man, while 20 percent more is a combination from man and woman. Therefore when a couple experienced problem to have child, the husband also need to go through examination, not only the wife.

Ego is often a reason preventing men from undergo fertility test. Most men consider as long as they can do sexual relationship, that enough to show that they have no problems related to fertility.

They think as long as sexual penetrative happen, there are no sterility problems. On the other hand, sterility occurred by woman. This presumption is absolutely wrong. Even someone sexual organ if correctly function, it does not necessarily mean that man would able to impregnate a woman.

Semen test was the sole male fertility determination. This because if one does not undergo the test, they will not know what they fertility level or who became the actual cause. Semen test aim to identify the level and ability to produce fertility sperm, whether there are enough active sperm or not.

If someone number of sperm activity is less, semen test need to be repeated again to confirm the position. If it has a problem, follow up test should be done to identify the reason why the problem happens, so that proper treatment can be done.

Tips to avoid drowsiness in office

Sleepiness when in office can happen to you and friend. This is because drowse sense due to a group of hormone which makes active reaction with your body and environment.  Accordingly, at times we could doze without intentional and fogginess certainly give negative impact in employer’s eyes. Hence, it needs avoided and to overcome this problem, there were some tips that can you follow to help you eye moment increasingly wilt when staying in office.

1. Go to bright area.

Cold office environment and cloudy already definitely brought you easy to feel drowse. So first step could be made if you too sleepy was looking for a bright plac, for example, sit near by window. Brighter light believed can restore eye and mind freshness.
2. Wash your face.

3. Scent of aromatherapy.

Total iodine needed by someone lifelong it is less than a tea-spoon. Because iodine not kept in body, it need to be taken every day.
Iodine requirement were higher for pregnant women and suckling baby, and slightly less to children, baby and tottering children. Pregnant women and suckling baby needs more iodine contrasting population generally.

Anyway, research found most woman do not get enough amount of iodine in they diet during pregnancy and when suckling baby.

World Health Organization suggestion on iodine uptake is:

l 220-250 mcg / d for pregnant women

l 250-290 mcg / d for nursing mother

l 50-90 mcg / d to children less than 1 years

l 90-120 mcg / d to children 1-11 years

l 150 mcg / d for adult and youth.

Impact on iodine shortage

Prolonged iodine deficiency can cause swelling face, goiter (swelling glaring thyroid gland in front part of neck), hypothyroidism (where thyroid hormone production fall to level below from normal) and mental function affected.

Anyway, most damaging result is on fetus and baby development. Maternal (mother) iodine deficiency causing miscarriage, different pregnancy complication, and sterility.
